I own a PS2 and a PSP. Honestly, while I love my PS2, it just doesn't do as much as my PSP. So therefore, I voted PSP as my favorite. At least until I get my hands on a PS3 or XBox 360 and check them out!

Ok, I own a sega, a super nintendo, a playstation, and a playstation 2. Strangely enough, my favorite is the super nintendo. Nothing beats the old mario games. I like Star Wars Battle Front II but it doesnt even compare to mario. Heck i think i like the old Atari system better than i do some of the new game systems.

I didn't include the older systems because most of those games are downloadable onto another system. Like the Mario games are downloadable on the Wii. That's what I like about the newer systems. You get great oldies and still get to be blown away by next-gen stuff! It's win-win!

You could put up your own poll to see which one our members like better. The PC or the home console. That's a poll I'd like to see!

I voted PS2 just because most of my fave games are on that system. But honestly, I am way more for old school. Maybe I'm just cliche or have a thing for pixilation.
While you can download the vast majority of old school games onto the newer systems, it's just not the same. There is nothing like actually sitting down with the old school controller on the old school system itself and trying to remember how you did something or if your mind just made up the memory.
Plus I've heard a lot of crap about the payment part of the old school games up for download on new systems. Not that I have the money to spare to even try to buy them, so I can't really speak first hand.

Man, how dare you forget about the old school systems? NES, SNES, Sega Systems! The classics! =D I love those ones. Best games on there EVER!!! =D But, with the new ones....Eithers PS2, DS Lite, or the Wii (all three which I own). PS2 cause the wide range of games that are out for it and always coming out. The DS Lite was the 1st system to have awesome interaction with a handle, or any system. And the Wii is just freaking awesome! You can lose so much time playing those games! Oh, the Xbox is ok (same as the 360). I got a few 360 games laying around for when I get my 360 back. But over all, there's not many games for it I like. :\

I want a 360 so bad!
JenJen, there's a virtual controllers to help bring back that old school feel! Not to mention, if you're good with eletronics, like me, you can frankenstein an old controller to work with newer systems. Like the PS2 controller can be used on a PSP, and an original Nintendo controller is available to buy so that you can use it on the Wii. Plus, you can buy a virtual controller for the Wii that resembles the SNES controller. However, I've not seen one done for the Genesis controller, or the Dreamcast. Who knows, there's still time!

I had two of 'em. My boyfriend bought one when they 1st came out, and ened up selling it to a desprate mother (at x-mas) for a $200 profit. =D We know it could have been more, but it was 3 days before x-mas. Then about 6 months ago he got another one. It just now started to shit out on him, so he traded it in for a Wii. =D Also took my PSP, but meh...it's all good. XD I still got my DS.

I wouldn't give up my PSP for nothing! I love my little handheld. Plus, it just does so damn much. However, don't let the critics fool you! The DS can homebrew and go online as well! You just need to buy an accessory called the No Pass. Isn't technology sweet?
